Raisin is a leading fintech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US to provide better savings and investment products. The People Solutions team serves as the strategic engine room of Raisin's People & Culture function, building secure, data-driven, and compliant infrastructure that scales the organization. This role owns the administration, architecture, and strategic optimization of Raisin's People applications and HRIS systems. Key responsibilities include: - Administering and optimizing Raisin's People applications and HRIS, serving as the final escalation point for incident resolution - Leading configuration of People applications to meet evolving business needs aligned with complex People business functions - Owning and optimizing automated account onboarding, lifecycle workflows, and IAM strategy - Driving seamless, scalable integrations across the People applications stack in collaboration with Enterprise IT and Security teams - Establishing governance and documentation standards for configuration, customization, and interface architecture - Managing incident response frameworks and system uptime within enterprise SLAs Required qualifications: - University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with strong analytical background - 5+ years of hands-on experience in application management, systems engineering, or IT leadership in the People domain - Deep, end-to-end People domain knowledge including complex processes and data models across the employee lifecycle - Ability to design and manage incident response frameworks and enterprise SLAs - High responsibility and trustworthiness with data privacy standards and sensitive information handling - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, executive, and non-technical audiences - Fluency in English (German a plus) - Proven expertise with modern HRIS tooling stacks, especially Personio or enterprise SaaS platforms Benefits include €2,000 annual development budget, four training days per year, flexible working hours, 30 vacation days, company pension scheme (20% contribution), Urban Sports Club subsidy, Deutschland Ticket subsidy, JobRad cycling program, and office snacks/beverages.
