Flywire, a global payments enablement and software company, is seeking a Senior People Analytics Specialist to strengthen the People team's data-driven decision-making capabilities. You will own the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of People reporting and analytics within Workday, serving as a critical bridge between People leaders, Finance, Business Intelligence, and technology teams.
In this role, you will design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data extracts supporting People, Finance, executive, and board-level reporting needs. You'll translate ambiguous stakeholder questions into clear, scalable reporting requirements—defining metrics, identifying data sources, establishing security considerations, and determining delivery cadence. You'll develop advanced Workday reporting solutions using Report Writer, calculated fields, dashboards, composite reports, and matrix reports.
You will partner with People Technology and Workday implementation teams to establish a successful post-go-live reporting model, prioritizing and delivering critical People reports. A key responsibility is establishing trusted, consistent definitions for core workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, diversity, organizational structure, and talent outcomes. You'll validate report logic and data accuracy through disciplined testing and root-cause analysis, investigate discrepancies, and build comprehensive documentation covering reports, metrics, data sources, and business logic.
When advanced analytics or cross-functional datasets are required, you'll partner with Business Intelligence and data teams. You'll identify opportunities to simplify manual reporting, improve self-service data access, and strengthen the overall People analytics experience. You'll support reporting governance by ensuring appropriate data security, confidentiality, access controls, and privacy compliance. Finally, you'll provide guidance and enablement to People team stakeholders on interpreting and using reports effectively.
Flywire supports over 5,300 clients across education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries, with 1,400+ employees across 15 offices worldwide, representing 40+ nationalities.
