As Senior Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signing through final closing. You serve as the primary point of contact between event organizers and all internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire event lifecycle from sales handoff through post-event closing
- Acting as the central hub coordinating between event organizers, sales, legal, product, engineering, and support teams
- Communicating product and process requirements to headquarters and working with product/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive Q&A documentation to support the user support team
- Ensuring all project requirements are properly documented and tracked
- On-site presence during event launches and critical dates as needed
- Driving cross-departmental task completion to meet timelines and quality standards
You bring 4+ years of project management or consulting experience with a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized mindset. While event industry experience is a plus, this role emphasizes project management and operational excellence. You are entrepreneurial, comfortable in ambiguous environments, and excel at coordinating multiple departments. Fluency in both English and Korean is required. You demonstrate strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships and delivering results.
