Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. This senior individual contributor role sits within the Channel team and owns the design and scaling of Ramp's System Integrator (SI)-led implementation program.
You will translate learnings from Ramp's current SI pilot into a scalable operating model, including partner segmentation, certification tiers, service packages, implementation methodology, scope boundaries, escalation paths, quality standards, and performance management. You'll be Ramp's technical and programmatic owner for SI delivery, enabling partners to implement Ramp successfully while maintaining high-quality customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: building and scaling the SI operating model with clear certification standards and quality controls; owning partner readiness and technical enablement across Ramp configuration, ERP integrations, data migration, testing, and cutover; serving as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners, resolving implementation questions and converting recurring issues into scalable playbooks; establishing delivery-quality and performance systems including implementation reviews, certification gates, QBRs, and customer feedback loops; designing the commercial and capacity model including fixed fees, milestone-based payouts, and partner capacity commitments; and leading responsible program expansion across new products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.
You'll work closely with Channel Partner Managers, Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Product Operations, Accounting Integrations, Legal, Security, and Finance. This is explicitly a senior IC role, not a people-management position. You need significant experience scaling implementation or partner-delivery motions from pilot through repeatable multi-partner execution, ideally in ERP, accounting, finance operations, or enterprise SaaS. Technical fluency in integrations, configuration, data migration, and ERP workflows is required, though engineering depth is not. Commercial judgment to design partner packages, incentives, and payout structures is essential.
