Salary: USD 112,000 - 140,000 / annual
Gopuff is seeking a Senior Oracle Business Analyst to support Finance operations and drive optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role bridges IT and Finance, serving as a "Super User" and level 2 support layer for the organization's financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Oracle Fusion Support & Optimization
- Act as liaison between Finance and IT, translating user needs into technical solutions
- Resolve user issues and help desk tickets; manage post go-live task and action logs
- Own configuration updates in Oracle production environments
- Manage service requests with Oracle and follow up to resolution
- Align Oracle solution with Finance and business strategy changes
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements
Testing & Quarterly Updates
- Lead Oracle quarterly update testing and regression testing to ensure smooth deployments
- Review and implement quarterly Oracle enhancements
- Participate in functional unit testing and lead system and user acceptance testing
Requirements, Design & Data Flows
- Review and approve functional and technical design specifications and configuration guides
- Lead configuration, conversion, integration, and report design and testing (test planning, test-case preparation, UAT, defect tracking)
- Write complex SQL to analyze, validate, and reconcile Oracle-related data flows, including data mapping and transformation across integrated systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support special projects, new integrations, and complex reporting
- Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder meetings to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and system specifications
- Lead solution adoption activities including UAT readiness, demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, ideally in Financials (GL, AP, AR, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash)
- Advanced SQL skills: complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregation, and query optimization on large datasets
- Proven requirements gathering and documentation experience (functional specs, process maps, user stories)
- Experience with testing methodologies including regression, SIT, and UAT, plus support/help desk processes
- Experience with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation across systems
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly update cycles and Fusion reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS)
- Participation in an Oracle Fusion implementation or upgrade
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices, and tools like Jira or Confluence
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or logistics
