Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is part of the Business & Operational Excellence group and focuses on process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency within a clinical research organization (CRO) / biotechnology environment.
Key responsibilities include: evaluating business processes and workflows to identify improvement or automation opportunities; conducting root-cause problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders; developing and recommending process improvements; designing and implementing new business processes; leading change management initiatives with communication frameworks and adoption strategies; managing internal stakeholder communications on progress and blockers; identifying and mitigating operational risks; documenting business processes; establishing KPIs and performance dashboards; providing training and guidance on new processes; monitoring effectiveness and adoption of changes; and preparing supporting tools and templates.
The role executes functional priorities with minimal oversight, partnering with cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives and support strategic objectives. You will work across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure consistency, sustainability, and long-term adoption of process and organizational changes.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5–7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement; experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development; strong understanding of drug development functions; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams; strong written and verbal English communication; knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance; strong interpersonal and training skills; self-motivation and attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively; and familiarity with change management models (e.g., ADKAR) and change radars. Travel as needed.
