Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is part of the Business & Operational Excellence group and focuses on process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency in a biotechnology/CRO environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Lead root-cause problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop and implement process improvement recommendations
- Design and deploy new business processes with organizational priorities in mind
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication frameworks and adoption strategies
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
- Establish KPIs and dashboards for monitoring operational performance
- Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and continuous improvement
- Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and ensure sustained adoption
- Prepare tools, templates, and documentation to support execution
The role executes functional priorities with minimal oversight and requires collaboration across diverse stakeholders. You will support the organization's commitment to continuous improvement while managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement
- Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development
- Strong understanding of drug development and related functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance
- Understanding of change management models (ADKAR, change radars)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
- Flexible attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
