Hims & Hers, a leading telehealth and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee dispense and fulfillment operations at its Gilbert, Arizona facility. This role manages warehouse inbound and inventory operations, prescription dispense and fulfillment (both hazardous and non-hazardous, sterile and non-sterile), non-prescription fulfillment, outbound processing, and multiple shifts of staff.
You will lead a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy technicians, ensuring prescription turnaround times meet internal standards and patient needs. Key responsibilities include monitoring SOX compliance for inventory control and cycle counts, ensuring HIPAA-compliant accurate shipping, analyzing operations with the pharmacy leadership team for efficiency improvements, and developing KPIs to meet capacity and demand. In the absence of the General Manager, you assume responsibility for all daily facility operations.
You will partner cross-functionally with Program Managers, the Pharmacist in Charge, and ICQA teams. The role requires 10+ years in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environments, with 10+ years in supervisory/management roles and 10+ years of OSHA safety experience. A Bachelor's degree is required (Master's preferred). Six Sigma/Lean experience and proven leadership of technically complex projects are valued.
The position involves working with hazardous drugs and requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection (N95, full-face respirator, SCBA, or PAPR). Physical demands include standing up to 100% of the time, walking up to 50%, squatting/bending up to 20%, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly during 12-hour shifts. Candidates must understand and accept potential reproductive risks associated with handling certain hazardous drugs.
