As Senior Platform Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Tide's SME loan platform (Partner Credit Services), bridging sales, product, and engineering teams. You own platform-driven revenue and lender relationships, ensuring the platform matches business owners with appropriate financing partners while maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Revenue Ownership: Own platform-driven revenue performance and achievement of revenue targets.
• Lender Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with integrated lenders, collaborating with the partnerships team to improve conversion, decisioning, and payout performance.
• Platform Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities, build business cases, and work with Product and Engineering to ship enhancements.
• Revenue Reconciliation: Support monthly reconciliation of platform and sales revenue, resolving discrepancies with lenders and Finance.
• Reporting & Insight: Report platform performance from Salesforce CRM to commercial teams and senior stakeholders, providing clear analysis of performance drivers.
• Dashboards & Tracking: Build effective dashboards and performance tracking tools that guide business decisions.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and conversion rates.
• Incident Management: Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex platform issues; drive resolution with Product and Engineering; support root cause analysis.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Member Support to maintain platform health.
You will need at least 4 years of experience in platform operations, revenue operations, or business operations, ideally in financial services, lending, or fintech. Strong Salesforce CRM skills are essential, along with analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
