Kasa Living is a tech-enabled hospitality company that operates and manages multifamily and boutique hotel properties. The company combines automation, AI-driven pricing, and data-driven operations to deliver stylish, professionally managed accommodations for business and leisure travelers.
As Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team (rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, F&B) at one or more properties, reporting to an Area General Manager. You will spend approximately 95% of your time onsite, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring Kasa standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing direct reports across multiple operational functions
- Driving operating profit through revenue optimization, cost control, and collaboration with the commercial team
- Monitoring guest feedback across all channels and systematically eliminating recurring issues
- Building and maintaining relationships with local vendors, businesses, and community partners
- Championing a culture of service excellence and operational excellence
- Making data-driven decisions using historical data and financial metrics
- Hiring, developing, and managing performance of team members
You will integrate Kasa's core values—Seek the Root Cause, Hall of Fame Hosts, Feed Two Birds with One Scone, and Fearless Feedback—into your leadership approach. The role requires strategic thinking, financial acumen, guest experience expertise, and the ability to influence across all organizational levels. You must be comfortable with hands-on problem-solving and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed. Required to live within driving distance of assigned property(ies).
