Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Operations & Logistics Associate to join the Deployments team, which manages the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide. This role is central to ensuring effective customer and mission success for a defense technology company transforming military capabilities with advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion technology.
You will own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple product lines, managing domestic and international logistics with increasing complexity and minimal oversight. Key responsibilities include systematically managing forward-deployed inventory to support customer contracts and sustainment operations, ensuring physical hardware status is accurately reflected in systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce). You will collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, growth, technical operations, and warehouse partners to execute logistics movements for both domestic and international deployments.
The role requires delivering white-glove service for hardware shipping to end customers, independently confirming import/export and dangerous goods compliance, and understanding international logistics procedures including customs compliance and duties. You will proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements to logistical processes, standards, and procedures that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and scale with the organization.
Communication is critical—you will keep internal and external teams informed using tools like JIRA, Oracle ERP, Slack, and email. As a senior operator, you will mentor and lead junior associates by example, providing guidance on logistics fundamentals, compliance, and operational best practices. You will problem-solve and remove obstacles for the team and partners, thinking critically and engaging the right teams to drive solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, deployment operations, or related fields in high-energy environments. You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployments and prioritize across competing projects. Proficiency with multiple systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack) is essential, along with proven ERP experience in logistics or operations contexts. You should have experience leading cross-functional efforts and influencing stakeholders without direct authority, plus demonstrated expertise in domestic and international logistics.
