As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will drive operational excellence across Fever's multi-product, multi-country organization. This is a high-impact role combining strategic project leadership with hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead company-wide projects focused on business improvement, from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with defined goals, timelines, and objectives.
• Own global inventory management, including ERP system control and optimization to centralize Fever's inventory across events while tracking financial value and operational efficiency.
• Develop predictive inventory forecasting frameworks and analysis driven by forward-looking business insights to support event planning and reduce dead stock.
• Design and standardize processes, workflows, and tools from scratch, implementing scalability strategies to support rapid growth.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs related to inventory utilization, operational efficiency, and cost control across multiple stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders regarding inventory and logistics needs.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and drive efficiency gains across logistics and operations, breaking down complex problems into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables in ambiguous environments.
