OneTrust is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to join the Sales Enablement Team in Atlanta. This role focuses on ensuring new sales representatives and go-to-market support staff have the training, tools, and resources needed to succeed from day one. You will serve as a critical bridge between a new hire's entry into the company and their journey to full productivity and ramp.
In this position, you will design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to sales roles, develop training materials and documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Sales, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth transitions, and measure onboarding effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. You will also identify gaps in current onboarding processes and recommend improvements to accelerate time-to-productivity.
