Moxie is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead onboarding execution and strategic partnership management for their aesthetic entrepreneur platform. The role combines hands-on portfolio management with mentorship and process improvement responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include independently managing a portfolio of up to 25 onboardings across all customer segments and states, including complex multi-provider, multi-location, and compliance-specific setups. You'll serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partnerships, driving tooling and workflow optimization while maintaining high customer satisfaction and service-level targets. The role includes travel as needed to provide on-site support for top-tier, enterprise accounts.
Beyond individual execution, you'll mentor junior onboarding managers, collaborate cross-functionally with Practice Success Manager leads to improve handoff processes, and translate performance data into actionable team-wide strategies. Starting in Q4, the role expands to include direct ownership of revenue outcomes (GMV) tied to launches, connecting onboarding execution directly to business results.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex, high-volume onboarding portfolios with strong customer satisfaction outcomes, a track record of owning strategic partnerships and meeting service-level targets, and comfort operating with significant autonomy. Experience mentoring team members and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Willingness to travel for top-tier account support is required.
