NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting fragmented EHR systems into a unified platform serving thousands of providers and health-tech developers. Founded in 2017, headquartered in San Francisco, the company has raised $177M in Series C funding and employs 200+ people. The Synchronizer API is NexHealth's strategic core, with hundreds of health-tech companies in production. Revenue realization depends directly on how quickly customer locations go live post-contract. This role owns that outcome at enterprise scale. You will manage multi-month migrations spanning NexHealth's engineering team, customer engineering teams, customer success teams, and thousands of individual practices. You are not onboarding practices yourself; instead, you enable developer customers to onboard their own practice networks flawlessly and at volume. Key responsibilities include: - Own the location onboarding metric: locations successfully live and billing. You are accountable for schedule delivery, not just coordination. - Run enterprise migrations end-to-end, building and owning migration plans with clear scope, sequencing, ownership on both sides, milestones, dependencies, and weekly cadence. - Establish written ownership for every step of each program on both NexHealth and customer sides, eliminating ambiguity and assumed handoffs. - Train customer teams to execute onboarding correctly: develop processes, materials, certification, and escalation paths. - Set and defend joint throughput targets (locations provisioned, installed, and live per week) grounded in what both teams can deliver. - Activate new developers from first integration to first production location, ensuring they master tools, documentation, and fastest paths to value. - Convert pilots into production customers by owning the operational path from pilot to live locations. - Build enablement layers: runbooks, install guides, troubleshooting trees, and training for customer field teams to scale onboarding without your involvement. - Manage migration schedules at volume, tracking thousands of locations across multiple programs, identifying blockers, and driving resolution. - Run structured weekly customer cadences covering progress, risks, and decisions. - Route technical integration questions to internal owners with clear dates and close the loop. - Define phase gates and success criteria for each migration. You bring expertise in healthcare operations, complex program management, and the ability to translate technical requirements into clear customer-facing plans. Your customers are excellent software builders but often lack experience onboarding healthcare practices at scale. You bring that operational knowledge upfront, preventing costly delays and failed migrations.
