Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Senior NetSuite Specialist to join the Operations & Supply Chain team. The company develops innovative approaches to measure critical protein biomarkers from liquid samples for early disease detection using highly multiplexed assays.
In this role, you will serve as the NetSuite subject matter expert supporting day-to-day operations across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. You will maintain data integrity across core NetSuite records including Items, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Orders, Inventory, and Vendors. Your responsibilities include supporting the rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite modules including MRP, WMS, BOM Revisions, Routing, Inventory, and Procurement workflows.
You will work independently while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across departments in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, and deep expertise in NetSuite system administration and operations processes.
