Prenuvo is a preventative healthcare company pioneering whole-body MRI scanning using advanced AI-integrated technology. The company operates a network of clinics offering fast, safe, non-invasive scans to detect health issues early. As a Senior MRI Technologist, you will combine advanced MRI expertise with operational leadership and mentoring responsibilities. You'll perform high-quality whole-body MRI scans while ensuring strict adherence to Prenuvo protocols and patient safety standards. Key clinical duties include reviewing Medical Intake Forms for implant compatibility, investigating safety concerns, verifying scan indications, conducting image post-processing, and maintaining clinic readiness. Your leadership responsibilities are substantial. You'll serve as the clinical resource and mentor for MRI technologists, providing coaching on patient safety, room preparation, image acquisition, protocol adherence, and post-processing. You'll train and onboard new technologists, conduct routine scan quality audits reviewing protocol adherence and image quality, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. You'll also promote documentation standardization and adherence to Prenuvo quality standards across the clinic. On the operations side, you'll monitor scanner utilization and identify efficiency improvements, investigate scheduling issues such as claustrophobia or MRI safety exclusions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence. You'll assist with scheduling adjustments and overtime coordination as needed. This is a permanent, on-site position in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The role requires flexibility to work weekday, evening, and weekend shifts as clinic demand dictates. Prenuvo offers competitive wages, solid benefits, flexible scheduling with no on-call responsibilities, and a collaborative environment with minimal hierarchy—more aligned with technology companies than traditional medical practices. You'll work with top-of-the-line MRI systems and industry-leading protocols in a safe environment with no walk-in guests or invasive procedures.
