The Senior Mission Success Engineer for US Federal is a hands-on technical leader responsible for deployment execution, post-deployment ownership, and long-term mission success across federal programs. This role combines deep execution expertise with sustained technical account management, operating in FedRAMP-authorized and classified environments. Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end deployments of Armada platforms (Atlas, Galleon with AEP, Leviathan AI Factory, Bridge GPUaaS) in classified facilities and FedRAMP-regulated environments; owning infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, security hardening, and production readiness; making real-time technical decisions across hardware, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU layers within cleared constraints; serving as primary technical point of contact post go-live; building trusted relationships with government engineers, mission owners, security teams, and integrators; building and driving Joint Success Plans aligned to customer business objectives; supporting FedRAMP Moderate/High deployments and NIST 800-53 compliance; partnering on ATO, continuous monitoring, POA&M tracking, and audit readiness; accelerating time-to-value by enabling early mission workloads once authorization thresholds are met; and surfacing risks and blockers early with clear ownership. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Customer Success & Delivery, US Federal. Success is measured by mission outcomes delivered, authorization milestones achieved, platform stability, customer trust, renewals, and program expansion. This is a remote position based in the United States requiring security clearance eligibility.
