Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Mission Operations Engineer to join the Connected Warfare division in Washington, DC. This role is central to executing Anduril's mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced defense technology.
You will orchestrate the deployment of Anduril's flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, you will own customer relationships, develop deployment plans, and ensure high performance in the field. You'll lead product deployments, train end users, and maintain close engagement with customers to understand how they interact with Anduril's offerings and identify opportunities for improvement.
Beyond operations, you will drive commercial growth by establishing trust-based partnerships with customers, understanding their immediate and future needs, and positioning Anduril's technology to solve critical national security challenges. You'll represent the customer voice within Anduril, working side-by-side with engineers to shape products that address specific mission challenges.
This role requires collaboration across nearly every Anduril team—business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment and engagement across these functions to successfully deliver complex hardware and software solutions.
