Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 / annual

This role sits within the Supply Chain organization and owns the material planning discipline that translates engineering schedules and customer demand into executable material plans. You will be responsible for ensuring hundreds of components arrive on time and in the right quantities as the supply base ramps alongside the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Planning & Execution:
- Own end-to-end material planning across bills of materials (BOMs), including demand/supply reconciliation, buffer and safety-stock strategy, and purchase prioritization that keeps pace with engineering changes.
- Translate program schedules into concrete, current material plans; identify at any moment what is on track, what is at risk, and what needs to move.
- Continuously monitor supplier lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), allocation, and other supply risks.
Supply Readiness & Risk Management:
- Partner with Global Supply Managers (GSMs) and Supplier Integration Engineers (SIEs) to close supply gaps before they threaten production builds.
- Track program-level clear-to-build status and drive cross-functional work to unblock constraints before they become hard stops.
- Own the material and inventory impact of supply-impacting Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from assessment through implementation, quantifying exposure and keeping the program informed of changes and their implications.
This is a hands-on role requiring deep engagement with supply chain partners, engineering teams, and manufacturing to ensure material readiness supports aggressive production timelines in a hardware-intensive, capital-equipment business.
