You will join the Revenue Operations team as a Senior Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager, serving as a strategic business partner to senior Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders. This role focuses on the rapidly growing Marketing organization, providing high-level exposure to senior leadership and unique career growth opportunities.
You will be based in either the San Francisco or New York City office, required to be in-office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner for Marketing leadership, owning operational cadence and strategic planning
- Build monthly and quarterly reporting while conducting ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities and problem areas
- Frame business problems for the Marketing organization and communicate insights with recommended solutions
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, including problem structuring, solution exploration, process implementation, and impact measurement
- Partner cross-functionally on annual planning components including modeling and target setting
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams on systems and process improvements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional work experience, or 6+ years at a tech company (ideally B2B SaaS) in Revenue/Sales Operations, Marketing Strategy, Marketing/Sales Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Ability to work with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup or hypergrowth environment
- Expert-level analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Snowflake)
- Preferred: experience with AI and SQL
- Familiarity with Salesforce
