You will serve as the primary owner of marketing analytics and reporting, partnering with Data, Product, and Revenue Technology teams. This is a hands-on analytics role focused on translating business needs into actionable insights and dashboards.
Key responsibilities:
• Own marketing analytics and reporting as the main point of contact for performance data, dashboards, recurring reporting, and measurement questions. Establish clear metric definitions and reporting standards across the marketing team.
• Understand and connect data across Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Map pre and post-sale data sources, identify gaps, and create a reliable reporting view of the customer journey.
• Build dashboards and recurring reports that track initiatives, campaign performance, funnel movement, and business outcomes. Maintain data quality and improve reports as needs evolve.
• Own marketing attributes used for segmentation and targeting. Partner with Product to understand attribute definitions, sources, and usage. Act as Marketing's point of contact when attributes change.
• Enable targeted campaigns by helping teams identify customer groupings and apply attributes to campaign design, audience selection, personalization, and performance analysis.
• Measure the marketing funnel by connecting upper-funnel activity to lead progression, sales outcomes, and post-sale signals. Document data and attribution limitations clearly.
• Coordinate across Marketing, Data, Revenue Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to define requirements, resolve data questions, and communicate findings in accessible terms.
This role is hands-on analytics and reporting, not software or data engineering. Success requires strong data judgment, practical dashboard-building skills, understanding of business systems, and ability to translate stakeholder needs into useful reporting.
