Distro is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join its Demand Generation team. This role owns a brand or business model and leads initiatives that drive revenue growth through innovative demand generation strategies. You will design and execute comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategies across advertising, digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with overall business goals, partnering with product, sales, and customer service teams to create compelling content that guides prospects through the sales cycle. • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of targeted, multichannel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, events, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement. • Monitor key performance metrics and generate insightful reports on campaign effectiveness, using analytics to refine strategies and improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. • Mentor and collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning. • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. • Drive alignment between marketing and sales teams through regular communication and collaborative planning to ensure seamless lead handoff and sustained revenue growth. • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and B2B marketing best practices to keep demand generation efforts innovative and competitive. • Attend webinars and training to stay current on best practices. Regular on-site attendance is essential due to the need for secure system access, collaboration on sensitive matters, participation in operational meetings, and hands-on involvement. Some domestic travel may be required for team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education including non-traditional degree programs or job training programs). • 7+ years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B or software marketing. • Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM, and other marketing technologies. • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency with essential business and productivity tools including Canva and working knowledge of CRM platforms and business research tools. • Wrike project management platform experience is a plus. • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns. • Advanced problem-solving skills with capacity for thorough root-cause analysis.
