EGYM Wellpass is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their Paris office and own the company's marketing data strategy. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, operations, and data, serving as the bridge between Brand & Comms, Demand Generation, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps teams. Key responsibilities include: - Funnel Conversion Analysis: Map and monitor the full marketing-to-revenue funnel (first touch → MQL → SQL → opportunity → closed-won), quantifying stage-to-stage conversion rates and identifying drop-off points. - Lead Lifecycle & Velocity Tracking: Measure time-in-stage and overall funnel velocity, flag stalled leads, and optimize the MQL-to-SQL handoff to accelerate pipeline progression. - Channel & Content Conversion Insights: Connect conversion performance to specific channels, campaigns, and content assets to demonstrate which drive genuine downstream conversion and inform budget allocation. - Segment & Cohort Analysis: Break down conversion by persona, region, company size, and deal value to reveal where the funnel performs best and sharpen targeting. - Funnel Forecasting & Friction Diagnostics: Translate conversion rates into forward-looking pipeline forecasts and combine website behavior data with CRM data to pinpoint conversion loss drivers. - GTM Tracking Infrastructure: Design and manage tracking infrastructure including UTM taxonomy, conversion events, and pixel/tag implementation via GTM and analytics platforms. - Marketing Attribution: Lead the design and rollout of an in-house attribution model to give marketing leadership a trusted view of channel effectiveness for budget allocation decisions. In your first 6 months, you will structure and automate historical reports, implement a centralized dashboard consolidating core data sources, audit the current tech stack and propose analytics tool adoption, and establish yourself as the primary data contact for Brand, SalesOps, and RevOps teams. The role offers hybrid work (2 office days/week), flexible hours, 25 days paid leave plus RTT, free Wellpass access, meal and transport allowances (€9.50/day meal card with €5.00 employer contribution, 50% Navigo pass reimbursement), comprehensive health insurance, and continuous development opportunities. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–5 years of experience in a similar analytical role (Marketing Analyst, Growth Ops, Sales/RevOps), ideally in a fast-growing tech scale-up environment - Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field - Strong proficiency in Salesforce, data modeling, and complex dashboard creation with focus on automation - Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and present findings confidently to diverse stakeholders - Strategic vision to uncover big-picture growth opportunities from raw data - Business fluency in English (daily working language); German and/or French a plus
