The CEO Office Strategy & Operations team partners directly with executive leadership on the company's most critical priorities. This role owns end-to-end market expansion across EMEA and the Middle East, from strategy definition through licensing, product readiness, operational launch, and commercial scale-up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new country expansion strategy across EMEA and Middle East (Western Europe, Gulf, Nordics, etc.), sizing opportunities and defining winning approaches
- Designing market entry models including licensing paths, entity structures, and commercial models that translate regulatory requirements into operating models
- Shaping product roadmap in partnership with Product and Engineering to ensure regulatory and licensing requirements drive concrete product scope and sequencing
- Driving executive decisions by partnering with CEO Office leadership and presenting market prioritization, launch readiness, and investment recommendations
- Building scalable operating systems for launches using AI-assisted research, competitor analysis, and automation to systematize expansion and reduce manual work
- Running cross-functional governance including go/no-go decisions, launch-readiness assessments, and risk mitigation across product, operational, regulatory, and commercial dimensions
- Flexing onto priority CEO Office initiatives including strategic reviews, restructuring, migration projects, and crisis response workstreams
You bring 5–8 years of experience from top-tier strategy consulting (MBB or equivalent), regulatory/financial services law, or fintech/payments strategy and expansion roles with meaningful market-entry or licensing project exposure. You have a proven track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end with strong operating discipline. You're comfortable with regulatory and licensing topics in financial services and experienced engaging with legal, risk, and compliance teams. You actively use AI tools for regulatory research, competitive analysis, and workflow automation with good judgment on verification.
