This is a high-visibility, group-wide role within the Regulatory & Compliance Strategy & Operations Office, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations. You will own and drive critical strategic initiatives including global market expansion, operating model redesigns, and AI/automation initiatives across compliance workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end execution of group-wide strategic projects, including new market expansion strategies, global regulatory licensing roadmaps, and cross-functional operating model redesigns
- Partnering with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to identify, architect, and deploy AI-driven tools and automation workflows across regulatory and compliance operations
- Diagnosing operational bottlenecks and designing scalable governance structures and global compliance frameworks
- Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, preparing board-level presentations and strategic business cases for the Chief Regulatory & Compliance Officer and Global Executive Team
- Mobilizing matrixed project teams across Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to deliver strategic mandates
- Defining, tracking, and optimizing key strategic metrics and ROI on major compliance transformation investments
You bring 6–8+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 4+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm. You have demonstrated success delivering strategic projects within financial services, global payments, fintech, or technology platforms. You excel at structuring ambiguous strategic questions into clear hypotheses and operational roadmaps, with strong quantitative capabilities and executive presence. Experience with global payments infrastructure, digital transformation, process automation, or AI implementation in financial operations is preferred. An MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is a plus.
