Miter is a fast-growing vertical SaaS company serving construction contractors with modern HR, finance, and operations software. The company has grown to thousands of customers and tens of millions in ARR since launching in 2021, backed by top-tier investors including Bessemer, Coatue, and Battery.
As Senior Manager, Strategic Launch, you will lead a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers responsible for delivering Miter's most complex, highest-ACV customer implementations. You'll serve as the senior point of contact on strategic accounts, stepping in directly when challenges arise, while partnering closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to shape how Miter scales its implementation model as it moves upmarket.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coaching a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers through complex, high-variability customer implementations
- Setting and maintaining high standards for strategic account execution from kickoff through go-live
- Owning escalation resolution on strategic accounts and serving as senior point of presence when issues arise
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to define how Miter scales its implementation model, building repeatable processes while maintaining necessary flexibility
- Driving systematization of repeatable elements while preserving bespoke execution for strategic customers
- Improving leading indicators and early warning systems to surface risk earlier and improve delivery reliability
You'll need 5+ years managing implementation or delivery teams at high-growth B2B SaaS companies with exposure to complex, enterprise-level engagements. You should have a track record of building repeatable processes on non-standard, high-variability work, and experience operating as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership. Strong stakeholder management, communication, data analysis, and resilience in high-pressure environments are essential. Experience with 3rd-party API integrations is required.
