Salary: USD 215,000 - 250,000 / annual
Kalepa is building professional-grade AI systems for the insurance industry, a $7T global market. The company creates software that can read, reason, decide, and act within real insurance workflows—automating underwriting, claims, pricing, operations, and distribution. Kalepa's products are already in production with leading insurers and the company is backed by investors including IA Ventures and Inspired Capital.
You will be Kalepa's first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, building the operating system behind the go-to-market function from the ground up. This is a foundational role with significant scope and autonomy to design systems across forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, analytics, and strategic revenue projects.
You will report to the Vice President of Operations and partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, working daily with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and the founding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Kalepa's forecasting methodology and run regular pipeline/forecast cadence with leadership, surfacing risks early
- Oversee the entire GTM tech stack, including CRM (HubSpot), data enrichment tools, and AI-powered automation; evaluate and implement new tools to accelerate GTM productivity
- Work with the CRO and finance to design compensation plans aligned with company goals
- Build territories in partnership with the CRO, including account segmentation, quota setting, and annual GTM planning
- Serve as the source of truth for GTM metrics and reporting for the executive team and board
Requirements:
- 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy & Operations at a high-growth, VC-backed AI/SaaS startup
- Experience as the first or an early RevOps hire, building the function from scratch and owning it all or significant pieces
- Track record of working with GTM and finance leadership to design GTM compensation plans and running them
- Experience building forecasts for enterprise sales motions with long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Comfort presenting to executives with clear recommendations and judgment to deliver data-driven insights
- Experience owning and implementing a modern, AI-powered GTM tech stack
