Big Health is a digital therapeutics company with FDA-cleared treatments for insomnia (SleepioRx), anxiety (DaylightRx), and depression (Spark Direct). The company partners with leading health systems, provider groups, and healthcare organizations globally to deliver evidence-based cognitive and behavioral therapy digitally. The Senior Manager, Provider Experience and Clinical Transformation will lead the implementation of Big Health's FDA-cleared digital treatments across the US health system. This role bridges clinical, operational, and commercial functions to ensure health systems and provider organizations successfully adopt and scale Big Health's treatments. Key responsibilities include: **Strategic Leadership:** Set up and scale the implementation function using evidence-based methodologies rooted in implementation science. Develop and execute implementation strategies aligned with organizational and client goals. Oversee end-to-end implementation from sales partnership through launch, stabilization, and handoff to Customer Success, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Standardize processes to enhance efficiency while respecting each client's unique needs. Synthesize learnings from clients and internal teams to inform go-to-market strategy and continuous improvement. **Client and Provider Engagement:** Manage implementation of prescription digital treatments with providers, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices. Coordinate with providers and practice staff to design workflows for prescribing, ordering, patient communication, activation, and billing. Facilitate training for providers and practice staff. Monitor and optimize provider partnerships using data to measure success. Resolve operational barriers during launch and stabilization, coordinating technical implementation with Solutions IT Engineering and partnering with Customer Success on account handoff. **Internal Stakeholder Management:** Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementations, identifying and mitigating risks. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, clinical, product, and patient support teams to define best-in-class partnerships and ensure seamless execution. Provide regular updates to clients and senior management. Coordinate with external vendors and partners on technical integrations (e.g., EHR treatment ordering). **Reporting and Documentation:** Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Analyze project performance and prepare reports for senior management. **Requirements:** - 7+ years of healthcare implementation or operations experience, including hands-on practice or healthcare operations, with proven track record managing complex projects across organizations of all sizes - Degree in business, project management, healthcare, public health, or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Former or currently licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider preferred (e.g., LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, PNP, PA, MD) - Experience implementing or optimizing billing and revenue cycle workflows (charge capture, claims submission, payer coordination) across multiple software systems and organizational structures - Working knowledge of payer reimbursement policy, procedure coding (HCPCS/CPT), and appeals processes - Experience coordinating with health system IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams on technical and regulatory requirements (HL7 interfaces, SFTP file exchange, contract/compliance review) - Strong understanding and application of implementation science principles - Strong leadership skills with proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships - Proficiency in project management software and tools - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment - Plus: experience training healthcare providers on digital health/medical devices, regulated healthcare industry experience, sleep medicine or behavioral health background
