Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Operations to own the strategic vision and execution of the CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) platform and Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering, driving the operational backbone that enables Rubrik to scale its GTM strategy and bring new products to market efficiently.
You will lead a team of business analysts and operations managers, establishing the CPQ operating model with scalable processes, data standards, and governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include owning the multi-year CPQ roadmap, serving as the executive thought partner for CPQ strategy across Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, and Product, and architecting solutions that support new product introductions, bundling, and commercial innovation.
You'll define and own CPQ performance frameworks with KPIs and OKRs that provide real-time visibility into quoting process health, system adoption, and operational efficiency. The role requires driving large-scale systems and process transformation programs, managing organizational change at scale, and ensuring effective adoption of new processes and systems across global Sales and Operations teams.
You'll partner with senior Sales and GTM leadership to identify strategic initiatives that improve seller productivity, reduce deal cycle time, and enhance the quoting experience. This includes evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into the CPQ ecosystem, building business cases, and championing investment decisions.
Required experience includes 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Operations with deep CPQ expertise and Quote-to-Cash transformation experience. You must have demonstrated ability to build and scale CPQ platforms in high-growth SaaS environments, expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), and 6+ years of people management experience leading senior-calibre teams. Strong financial acumen, data modelling skills, and experience with master data management and pricing governance are essential.
Note: This position operates on a night shift schedule (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) based in Bangalore.
