As Senior Manager in Procurement, you will be a senior team member optimizing SaaS procurement for strategic accounts. You'll develop strategic sourcing plans, navigate vendor negotiations, and oversee supplier relationships throughout their lifecycle. You'll be accountable for service delivery into a portfolio of strategic accounts, supporting Vertice's largest private-equity relationships and contributing to the sales pipeline through exceptional customer delivery.
Key responsibilities include working with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and technology strategy; managing key SaaS partner relationships for major spend areas; implementing enterprise sourcing strategies balancing innovation and best practice; and mentoring junior team members to drive outcomes and culture.
You bring substantial commercial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting. You are a clear, confident communicator skilled at providing strategic insight to customers, understanding their challenges and opportunities, and translating insight into commercial value. You possess deep negotiation expertise with knowledge of enterprise SaaS vendor levers and strategies. You are a creative thinker who challenges customers and suppliers to reach desired outcomes, and you excel at driving commercial change while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring objectives are met. Category experience in technology (IT/SaaS) is highly preferred.
