The Senior Manager, Procurement will lead and oversee all procurement activities across the company, driving operational excellence and supporting long-term growth. This role owns the end-to-end procurement function, including parts, services, indirect goods, and strategic vendor partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
Procurement Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide procurement strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Establish procurement policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards to ensure transparency and accountability. Partner with executive leadership to align procurement objectives with broader organizational strategy.
National Parts Strategy & Inventory Management: Establish national policies, processes, and KPIs for parts operations and inventory management. Develop and implement a national parts strategy to streamline purchasing, inventory control, and distribution across all locations. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast parts demand and ensure sufficient stock levels without overcapitalizing inventory. Oversee the development and rollout of inventory management systems and ensure proper staff training. Analyze inventory data across all facilities to identify trends, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.
Supplier & Vendor Management: Establish and manage national vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements for cost efficiency. Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and service delivery.
Cost Efficiency & Financial Discipline: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across all procurement categories. Monitor spend analytics and develop strategies to optimize procurement spend while maintaining quality and service standards.
