ChartHop is an AI-first people platform serving companies from 10 to 30,000 employees. The platform combines HRIS, performance management, engagement, and real-time org analytics, with a new frontier in ChartHop AI—an agentic layer enabling HR teams to interact with people data in natural language.
You will own how ChartHop's go-to-market engine operates, building the systems, data foundation, and reporting that unify marketing and sales around a single source of truth. This is a strategic, hands-on role blending marketing operations depth with revenue operations acumen. You'll architect lead lifecycles, ensure data quality, build funnel analytics, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
**Marketing Operations:**
- Own the marketing technology stack (HubSpot and integrations), ensuring proper configuration and value delivery.
- Lead data quality, enrichment, segmentation, and governance.
- Architect lead lifecycle, routing, and SLAs.
- Run campaign operations, QA, workflow automation, and nurture execution.
- Own attribution and full-funnel reporting as the marketing single source of truth.
- Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Champion GTM engineering and AI automation across marketing.
**Revenue Operations:**
- Build sales reporting and dashboards in HubSpot across the full go-to-market funnel.
- Deliver full-funnel conversion analytics from SAL to SQL through each pipeline stage.
- Provide visibility at aggregate and individual rep levels to distinguish lead-quality issues from execution gaps.
- Surface trends by persona and industry to inform outbound strategy and identify coaching opportunities.
- Lend expertise on account book creation and sales-ops projects.
- Partner with sales leadership to define metrics and insights for efficiency and growth.
**Cross-Functional & Strategic:**
- Act as connective tissue between marketing and sales, aligning around shared definitions and reporting.
- Lead project management of the Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration and operating model.
- Proactively identify and resolve process and system gaps across the funnel.
- Bring business-level perspective to planning, measurement, and growth.
You'll be measured on data accuracy and completeness, SAL-to-SQL conversion efficiency, speed-to-lead and routing SLA adherence, funnel velocity and conversion rates, attribution accuracy, marketing automation adoption, and dashboard quality and usage.
**Requirements:**
- Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot; experience operating it as a combined sales and marketing CRM is strongly preferred. Salesforce familiarity is helpful given the migration.
- Genuinely analytical mindset; fluency in funnel and conversion data with ability to build reporting that answers real business questions.
- Track record spanning both marketing operations and revenue/sales operations, with judgment to see problems from multiple business perspectives.
- Comfort moving fluidly between strategy and tactical execution; you design and build systems.
- Proactivity and ownership; you identify and fix broken processes without waiting to be asked.
- Strong, direct communication; ability to challenge assumptions constructively and bring clear perspective.
- Curiosity and bias toward learning; willingness to figure out what you don't yet know.
- Ability to maintain reliable overlap with US working hours.
