Okta's Corporate Development team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead M&A integration and strategic program execution. In this role, you will own end-to-end deal integration processes for acquired companies and drive execution of high-complexity cross-functional programs that directly impact organizational growth.
Key responsibilities include developing integration and program strategy, executing detailed plans with milestone tracking, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness, managing executive stakeholder relationships, identifying and resolving program risks, and continuously improving team playbooks based on learnings. You will leverage AI tools and automation daily to optimize workflows and accelerate delivery.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong conceptual thinking to resolve complex, unique organizational challenges. Success demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels, and proven capability managing intricate cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with strategy, operations, engineering, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and program success.
The ideal candidate brings 8-12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, corporate development, or related fields, with demonstrated success supporting M&A integration or complex initiatives. Experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, high-growth operations, or startups is valued. You should be detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and comfortable rapidly grasping new concepts across diverse technologies and domains. Proficiency with AI tools and automation is expected. Bachelor's degree required.
