Okta's Corporate Development team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead M&A integration and strategic programs. You will own end-to-end deal integration processes for acquired companies and drive execution of high-complexity cross-functional initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, requiring you to develop integration strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage executive stakeholders, and rapidly identify and resolve program risks.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing program and integration strategies with thought leadership on organizational projects; driving end-to-end deal integration by creating detailed plans, tracking milestones, and addressing challenges proactively; coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment; managing top executive stakeholders through program meetings and recurring syncs; monitoring program status and communicating issues succinctly to relevant parties; updating team playbooks based on learnings; and leveraging AI tools and automation daily to optimize workflows and accelerate delivery.
You will bring 8-12+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, business operations, corporate development, or related roles, with demonstrated M&A integration or complex cross-functional project experience. Enterprise software/B2B SaaS industry experience and high-growth operations or startup background are valued. You excel at written and oral communication, building trusted relationships across organizational levels, grasping new concepts quickly, and using AI tools to streamline processes. A bachelor's degree is required.
