As Senior Manager of IT Systems, you will lead a team of 5 IT Systems Engineers and own all IT SaaS infrastructure. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end IT system projects across multiple platforms and departments, designing and maintaining sophisticated identity management and endpoint management systems, and ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Key technical focus areas include building complex automations using serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions), architecting integrations with Okta Workflows and Terraform, and developing comprehensive identity management solutions. You'll provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex technical issues, collaborate with Security, Engineering, Business Systems, and People Operations teams, and continuously optimize system architecture and workflows.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining system and security policies aligned with industry standards, creating detailed technical documentation and runbooks, and driving technical excellence across the IT infrastructure organization. This role requires balancing hands-on technical leadership with team management and cross-functional collaboration.
