Salary: USD 159,500 - 199,500 / annual
Lattice is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Infrastructure and Support to lead the company's Corporate IT operations. This role oversees a distributed team of IT engineers and support specialists, with accountability for service quality, escalation management, roadmap execution, access governance, endpoint hygiene, vendor coordination, and cross-functional delivery.
Key responsibilities include: leading the technology roadmap for Corporate IT Infrastructure and Support across identity, endpoint, office technology, SaaS administration, and support operations; owning the operating model for the distributed IT team including prioritization, escalation paths, service metrics, runbooks, and change control; driving MFA and identity modernization programs including Okta Verify, Device Trust, and least-privilege remediation; leading endpoint-management evolution including Jamf-to-Iru migration and Mac hardware refresh planning; partnering with People/HRIS and Business Systems to strengthen onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access workflows; establishing safe administration patterns for AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Claude; partnering with Security and Compliance to improve auditability and access reviews; and providing senior escalation support for complex IT incidents while coaching the team toward durable fixes.
As a people manager, you will manage hiring, onboarding, professional development, performance feedback, promotions, and compensation actions. You will set clear expectations, delegate effectively, provide ongoing coaching, and plan for future staffing and capability needs.
Required qualifications: at least 8 years of experience in corporate IT, infrastructure, workplace technology, identity/access management, endpoint management, or enterprise SaaS administration; 2+ years of people-management experience leading IT engineering or infrastructure teams; strong hands-on or architectural depth with Okta/IAM, SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, MFA, and device trust; experience with endpoint management tooling such as Jamf, Iru, or MDM platforms; ability to build scalable IT support operations with escalation management and service metrics; and practical automation experience using APIs, scripting, or Okta Workflows.
Desired experience includes Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jamf/Iru, Rippling, Jira/JSM, Workato, and experience administering AI-enabled productivity tools. Prior experience in high-growth SaaS or distributed workforces is preferred.
