Brex is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM AI Engineer to lead the buildout of a governed, production-grade AI capability for the entire go-to-market organization. This is a net-new, high-impact role combining strategy, engineering, and embedded partnership.
You will own the internal sales enablement AI roadmap, setting prioritization frameworks for how Brex builds AI applications and tooling across the enablement lifecycle—certification, onboarding, content, coaching, and ramp. You'll decide what gets built next, what gets sunset, and the reasoning behind those decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Set the internal sales enablement AI roadmap and own prioritization for AI applications across the enablement lifecycle (certification, onboarding, content, coaching, ramp).
• Build and standardize GTM's AI tooling stack by writing, reviewing, and shipping production code yourself. You are a capable coder with strong product sense who develops AI tooling for GTM representatives.
• Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions by continuously evaluating whether Brex should leverage third-party vendors (Gong, Itero, Highspot) or build in-house on Brex's own AI stack (Claude, etc.).
• Develop deep domain expertise in sales processes—pipeline stages, seller CRM workflows, quota mechanics, call quality—to identify where AI creates real leverage versus where it's a solution looking for a problem.
• Drive adoption and measure success. You understand the difference between a tool that's live and a tool that's used, and you own metrics tracking for your initiatives.
• Operate with high autonomy and ambiguity. You report into GTM Enablement leadership with counterparts across RevOps and Product, but the roadmap is substantially yours to define.
This role is based in Seattle with hybrid flexibility (minimum three coordinated days in office per week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Brex also offers up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
