Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion, seeks a Senior Manager for Global Supply Chain Integration based in India. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of supply chain management and business growth, supporting Anduril's India expansion while advising growth teams and industry partners on critical partnerships.
You will drive strategic growth and partnership development by fueling Anduril's India expansion, directly supporting corporate development teams in forging relationships with industry leaders. You'll shape pre-contract strategy by driving scope definition, proposal development, and term sheet generation during pre-commitment phases of international captures. You'll serve as the supply chain voice in critical go/no-go decisions, bringing market intelligence and risk assessment to leadership discussions. You'll monitor and analyze India's industrial ecosystem dynamics, emerging manufacturing technologies, and regulatory developments to identify partnership opportunities.
You will build and optimize supply networks by developing a regional supply base, proactively identifying and qualifying suppliers across diverse commodity categories supporting multiple product domains. You'll lead end-to-end supplier engagement including selection, qualification, and onboarding, assessing technical capability, capacity, quality systems, and financial stability. You'll master multi-tier visibility by understanding and mitigating supply chain risks across tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers, and drive localization initiatives that strengthen competitive positioning and align with national security supply chain requirements.
You will provide expert advisory support to Indian industry partners' supply chain teams, guide comprehensive sourcing strategies for partners executing Anduril programs, and navigate regulatory complexity including REACH, RoHS, ITAR, dual-use goods, sanctions, and export controls. You'll partner with business line teams to assess existing sourcing strategies and develop comprehensive approaches aligned with Anduril's product roadmap and cost targets.
You'll serve as primary liaison between Anduril's engineering, operations, and program teams and India manufacturing partners, bridging cultural and organizational boundaries. You'll partner closely with Product Sourcing Engineers and Global Sourcing Managers to deliver integrated solutions, and manage supplier performance including escalation protocols, corrective action oversight, and strategic capacity planning.
