AppDome is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in security, defense, anti-fraud, and anti-bot solutions for mobile applications. The company provides enterprise customers with patented AI-driven technology and a no-code platform for building, releasing, monitoring, and managing protected mobile applications.
You will lead the Deal Desk function as Senior Manager, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Sales, Commercial, Legal, and Finance. You will manage a small team and own all deal desk processes, including quote production, delivery, and management, while supporting cross-functional processes critical to deal closure.
Key responsibilities include: managing deal intake, preparation, and issuance of sales quotes and expansions; working with Legal and Finance to maintain and improve quote workflows; implementing configurations and process changes related to pricing, discounting, contract terms, and approvals; driving efficient quoting through tools and best practices; serving as a subject matter expert on CPQ quote automation software and CRM systems; partnering with Legal to standardize contract terms; maintaining deal desk data tracking and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual); and providing regular training to sales and customer success teams.
You are an experienced leader and problem solver well-versed in fast-paced SaaS sales environments. You thrive in fast-moving environments, build structure from ambiguity, are detail-oriented, and bring exceptional organizational skills with a strong bias toward operational excellence, cross-functional partnership, and data-driven decision making. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done and are not afraid to implement efficient, compliant, and scalable methods and tools.
