Reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Sourcing, you will manage a team of five professionals and oversee a multi-million-pound indirect spend portfolio across EMEA, including Professional Services, Global Security, Facilities/Real Estate, BPO, HR/Benefits, and Contingent Workforce. In this role, you will develop and execute multi-year category strategies that optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and unlock value beyond traditional cost savings. Deep risk management expertise, including third-party risk assessments and contract governance, is critical. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in the technology sector or high-growth marketplace environments, proficiency with modern procurement platforms (Coupa, NetSuite, Pivot), and experience operating across European markets with diverse regulatory structures.
