Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Enablement & Organizational Change to lead enterprise-wide adoption programs for new technologies and AI capabilities. Based in San Jose, CA, this role reports to the VP of Digital Employee Experience within the IT organization. You will manage a team responsible for organizational change management across major IT initiatives, employee technology communications, general productivity AI enablement, and function-specific AI adoption. Your core responsibilities include: • Design and execute scalable AI enablement and adoption programs that build employee skills, confidence, and behaviors around generative AI and productivity tools. This includes creating learning experiences, campaigns, communities, leader enablement initiatives, and measuring adoption outcomes. • Partner with functional and technology leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and develop tailored enablement strategies that integrate AI into daily workflows. • Drive organizational change for strategic IT programs, managing stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness planning, communications, training, adoption tracking, and reinforcement. • Own employee-facing IT change communications and engagement programs, translating complex technology changes into clear, relevant, and actionable experiences for diverse audiences. • Build and manage a high-performing team focused on AI enablement, organizational change, and communications. Establish repeatable methodologies, measurement practices, and scalable cross-functional workflows. You thrive in ambiguity, act with ownership and bias for action, and operate with integrity. You are a high-trust collaborator who gives and receives candid feedback. You think at scale, connecting daily execution to broader organizational mission while building enduring solutions and teams for a global enterprise. Minimum qualifications: 8+ years in organizational change management, technology adoption, employee enablement, communications, or learning, with demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise-wide change initiatives. 3+ years leading and developing teams. Proven experience developing organizational change strategies for major technology or digital transformation programs. Demonstrated fluency with generative AI and emerging technologies, with experience translating AI capabilities into practical employee use cases and adoption strategies. Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills.
