You will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, operating at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and execution. Your core responsibilities span four areas: **CEO Partnership & Decision Support**: Act as a thought partner to the CEO on highest-impact priorities. Provide sharp briefs, decision frameworks, and analysis to accelerate decision-making. Represent the CEO in leadership forums when needed. **Operating System Design**: Design and evolve the company's operating cadence, including reviews, planning cycles, and performance tracking. Improve clarity, alignment, and accountability across leadership teams. Ensure CEO and leadership decisions are executed with clear owners and dates. **Strategic Project Leadership**: Lead high-impact cross-functional projects spanning business, product, tech, and operations. Incubate and evaluate new business opportunities and adjacencies. Take ambiguous problems, break them down, and turn them into executable plans. Work with CXOs and GMs to unblock and accelerate key priorities. **Culture & Leadership Development**: Reinforce leadership principles and drive leadership communication. Influence how decisions are made and how leaders collaborate. Raise the bar on thinking quality and execution discipline. You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you need to balance strategic thinking with operational rigor. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong executive presence, and the ability to drive results through influence across the organization. **Requirements:** Must-have: - Strong structured problem-solving and executive communication skills - Proven track record solving complex, ambiguous business problems - Demonstrated cross-functional execution with high ownership and bias to action - Comfort working with senior leadership teams - Detail orientation: ability to understand P&Ls, unit economics, and cite numbers - Strong opinions: ability to take clear positions and defend them under pushback - Curiosity: drive to understand the whole business, not just your function - Humility and self-awareness: low ego, high accountability, ability to name mistakes - Managerial style: get results through others, build systems, lead across functions without formal authority Strong advantages: - Experience building or scaling tech products or businesses - Startup or high-growth operating experience - Prior founder's office, CEO office, or strategy roles - Close collaboration with product and tech teams - Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or platform businesses
