Salary: CAD 177,800 - 254,000 / annual

Docker is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to lead the Salesforce development and administration team. This is a hands-on technical management role where you will manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ, and drive the architecture and operational health of Docker's Salesforce instance. You will report to the Director, Business Systems and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Security leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and growing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, including hiring, performance management, and career development - Owning the Salesforce platform roadmap, balancing production support, technical debt reduction, and new feature delivery - Staying hands-on with architecture and code review for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation, and platform security - Owning Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle, including Gearset administration, source control, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance - Maintaining governance over Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets - Managing adjacent RevOps tools outside Salesforce (e.g., Gearset, Gong, Loom) - Evaluating and managing AI-driven Salesforce offerings including Agentforce and AI skills - Partnering with GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions - Setting team standards for documentation, testing, and change management - Escalating and resolving complex production issues Docker is a globally distributed, remote-first company trusted by over 20 million monthly users. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments with people management experience - Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security - Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems - Experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes - Strong understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices (Gearset or similar) - Experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, ideally supporting globally distributed GTM organizations - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfortable balancing people management with hands-on technical work NICE TO HAVE: - Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, or Salesforce Administrator certification - Familiarity with NetSuite and quote-to-cash business processes and Mulesoft - Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows - Experience supporting global sales organizations
