Jerry is building an AI-powered platform to manage all your physical assets—starting with car insurance and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and beyond. The company has reached 5M+ customers, raised $240M+, scaled revenue 70X, and achieved profitability in early 2024. They are now scaling toward 50M customers and a $10B valuation.
The BizOps & Analytics team is a force multiplier across the organization, composed of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who drive data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. Each business unit has an embedded BizOps team member who shapes strategic questions, pulls and interprets data, and drives teams toward critical goals.
As Senior Manager, you will lead the analytical function for one of Jerry's core business areas: Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships. You'll own the end-to-end analytical strategy for your embedded business unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Define the right problems: Understand what business question each analysis answers and what decision it will inform. Push back on flawed questions.
- Data and insights: Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that move key metrics.
- Drive outcomes: Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts, explain findings and implications, and drive next steps.
The role is hands-on—not pure strategy. Your day-to-day involves surfacing analytical insights, driving decisions, and seeing them through end-to-end. The culture emphasizes no slides, no corporate fluff, and no unnecessary meetings. Every person owns a critical domain, and the team is composed of insatiable learners focused on tangible impact.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level
- First principles thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before analyzing data
- Direct communicator who can walk skeptical stakeholders through complex findings and secure buy-in
- Owner mentality: takes responsibility for fixing broken things even outside your swim lane
