Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 / annual

The company builds dynamic metabolic models for each person using data from continuous glucose monitors, smartwatches, and meal logs, paired with dedicated clinical care teams. You will join the Data Platform team as a Product Analytics Associate Engineer, working at the intersection of product, data, and healthcare. You'll support data-driven insights and product analytics that directly improve member outcomes and Care Team effectiveness. Working alongside Data Engineers and Product Analytics team members, you'll translate member and care team data into actionable insights while building hands-on experience with modern analytics engineering practices. Key responsibilities include: - Assist Product Managers and Area owners with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting for day-to-day decision-making - Help set up and monitor A/B tests by building tracking queries, checking data quality, and summarizing results - Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for specific, well-scoped tables and metrics under senior guidance - Build and update dashboard and BI tool components (adding metrics, fixing visualizations) under direction - Track and report on established KPIs across product areas including member engagement, CGM utilization, and Care Team effectiveness - Learn data architecture by working closely with Data Engineers on small pipeline tasks - Run data quality checks on assigned datasets and flag anomalies - Communicate findings clearly in team meetings and written summaries - Contribute to documentation including data dictionaries and metric definitions - Identify and propose small process improvements You'll partner with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leads, and Data Engineers, with mentorship from senior team members as you grow into greater ownership of your own product areas. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or similar role (internships and co-ops count) - Solid SQL skills: comfortable with joins, aggregations, and window functions; eager to deepen query complexity and optimization - Some exposure to dbt (data build tool) or strong willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices quickly - Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred; BigQuery, Redshift, etc. acceptable) - Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent - Strong analytical curiosity and genuine interest in connecting data to product and business decisions - Good communication skills and collaborative mindset; comfortable asking questions and learning from senior teammates - Bonus: Healthcare or digital health experience, or personal interest in health and wellness - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available
