ServiceTitan seeks a Senior Manager to lead operational strategy and execution for its Armenia site. This role owns the operational vision and roadmap for scaling site operations to support high-growth workforce expansion, anticipating needs proactively.
Key responsibilities include: setting operational strategy and vision aligned with site growth; leading, coaching, and developing an operations team while maintaining high execution standards without micromanaging; owning vendor relationships and operational budget strategy to ensure the site has appropriate partners and resources; partnering cross-functionally with the VP/Regional Managing Director, HR, Communications, and Business Strategy to align site operations with broader business priorities; and continuously assessing organizational design needs as the site scales.
Required qualifications: 6+ years in operations, facilities, or workplace leadership with 3+ years directly managing and developing teams; proven track record leading operations for a large, complex site or organization with systems-thinking and roadmap orientation; strong people leadership skills including team building, delegation, and leader development; strategic thinking paired with operational grounding; excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to operate autonomously and build trust with senior leadership; experience in fast-growing, dynamic business environments strongly preferred.
The role operates Monday-Friday, 10 AM–7 PM Armenia time.
