Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to build, lead, and scale the APAC regional logistics function across Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end logistics strategy, execution, and carrier management across the broader APAC region. You will serve as the regional owner of logistics and transportation functions, ensuring the supply chain is fast, resilient, and cost-effective in support of mission-critical defense programs. The role requires operating at both strategic and operational levels—designing scalable logistics solutions while driving day-to-day execution with precision. Key responsibilities include: • Own and lead all logistics operations across the APAC region, serving as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy • Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy • Develop and execute carrier strategy across all modes (LTL, FTL, air, ocean, parcel) • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers • Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings • Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction • Build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion • Partner with internal compliance teams to ensure import/export compliance • Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts • Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance • Own regional logistics spend and deliver against cost targets • Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability) • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network • Implement tools and reporting to increase visibility and control Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master's preferred); 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management with APAC experience; proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment with strong APAC focus; ability to travel up to 25%; eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance; subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening. Preferred qualifications include experience in defense, aerospace, or high-technology manufacturing; Six Sigma certification or Lean training; experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; experience scaling logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations; excellent leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills.
