Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Infrastructure to serve as the connective tissue between the Infrastructure organization and the broader engineering team. You will drive the rollout of critical, cross-cutting infrastructure programs that affect how the company builds, operates, and secures its platform at scale.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of infrastructure initiatives, managing a high volume of parallel efforts across cloud infrastructure, FinOps, build systems, software migrations, and security operations. You will coordinate across teams that don't report to you, keeping work moving forward while maintaining clear visibility into program health and status.
Key responsibilities include: owning infrastructure program rollouts from planning through completion; managing concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization and status reporting; building relationships across engineering teams to ensure infrastructure work stays prioritized; establishing continuous program health reporting for leadership; partnering with infrastructure and SRE leadership on roadmap planning and sequencing; defining frameworks and coordination models for cross-team collaboration; developing technical fluency in the programs you own; and driving automation to eliminate manual processes.
You will need strong technical fluency in infrastructure, SRE, platform engineering, security operations, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and software migrations—not to write code, but to understand what's being built, why it matters, and what the technical risks are. You are a driver who moves work forward through follow-up, pushback, escalation, and accountability. You build influence through trust and relationships rather than authority, understand what motivates different stakeholders, and use that context to create alignment. You are comfortable managing high volume and ambiguity, and you use AI daily to move faster and work smarter. Clear, direct communication tailored by audience is essential.
