FullStory, a behavioral data platform, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to own the critical tools and systems that keep the company operating. This hybrid role (one day per week in-office at the Atlanta office) requires hands-on expertise across identity management, device management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise automation. In this role, you will administer Okta and build real automation using Okta Workflows, including SSO app configuration, provisioning/deprovisioning, group-based triggers, and troubleshooting. You'll own the macOS fleet using Iru or similar MDM platforms, managing blueprints, self-service items, compliance scripting (FileVault, SIP, secure token, activation lock), and API-driven automation for device lifecycle management. You'll write and maintain bash and Python scripts for pre/post-install packaging, endpoint automation, and compliance checks, working within established SDLC standards. You'll administer the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira), writing internal documentation, triaging tickets, and debugging automation tied to ticket transitions and workflow triggers. A key focus is standing up and maintaining AI tooling in the enterprise stack: configuring and rolling out MCP connectors (e.g., for Gong, SpotDraft, Google Analytics) for Claude/Gemini Enterprise, building self-service setup scripts for developer AI tools, and understanding compliance boundaries around data and AI tool integration. Required qualifications: 5+ years in IT systems engineering or administration; hands-on Okta administration experience, ideally with Okta Workflows; experience with macOS MDM platforms (Iru, Jamf, or similar) including API scripting; administrative experience with Atlassian tools; proficiency in Python and Bash for building real automation; real, hands-on experience integrating AI tools into enterprise workflows (MCP connectors, AI coding tools); bachelor's degree in a related field. The role offers flexibility, professional development opportunities, learning subsidies, productivity stipends, paid parental leave, and a collaborative team environment with offices in Atlanta and London.
